The Office of the Governor of Sorsogon is a government institution in responsibility of managing records, administering public services, and coordinating diverse provincial activities. In order to support government activities, the office is crucial to providing proper documentation, data management, and appropriate handling of official records.
The office fosters accountability, precision, and professionalism in public service. It gives interns hands-on experience with office operations and administrative chores in a government context.
I was tasked with using Microsoft Excel and manual record books to gather, arrange, and retain data during my internship. Through this training, I was able to hone my attention to detail, sharpen my data management talents, and appreciate the value of accuracy and adequate documentation in a government job situation.
